Sushi rice tastes slightly sweet and has a nice firm texture. The Nigiri sushi contains fish or other protein along with seaweed wrapped in sushi rice. The combination of sweet sushi rice with flavorful fish creates an amazing taste that sushi lovers just can’t get enough of.
 
The preparation of sushi involves a few different techniques. However, the most common technique is to press the cooked rice into a rectangular block and then cut the block into small cubes. The blocks are then served to the customers. To eat sushi, pieces of sushi rice, fish, and seaweed are wrapped in a thin sheet of dried seaweed. This is also known as a hand roll.
